Humane Hierarchy Pyramid (LIMA Training)
We adhere to the Humane Hierarchy Pyramid, a structured framework that prioritizes the most humane and least intrusive training methods. Our trainers begin with positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques, reserving any more intrusive methods only when absolutely necessary and in line with ethical considerations. This ensures a compassionate, evidence-based approach that respects the dog's emotional and physical well-being.
Positive Reinforcement
We reward desirable behaviors to encourage dogs to repeat them, using treats, praise, and play as motivational tools. Positive reinforcement is at the heart of our training philosophy, ensuring that learning is a fun and rewarding experience for every dog, building confidence and strengthening their connection with their owner.
Fear-Free Tactics
Our training is designed to be fear-free, ensuring that dogs never feel threatened or intimidated. We avoid any methods that cause fear or discomfort, creating a safe environment where dogs feel comfortable to learn and grow. This approach reduces stress, enhances well-being, and results in more reliable and happier companions.
Counter Conditioning
We use counter conditioning to help dogs overcome fear, anxiety, or aggression by gradually associating stressful situations or triggers with positive experiences. By changing their emotional response to these triggers, we help them develop new, positive associations that lead to calm and relaxed behavior.

Hannah's most personal and transformative project was rehabilitating her adult rescue pit mix, Oliver, who came from a very traumatic background. Over four years, Hannah successfully worked with Oliver to help him overcome his fears and behavioral issues, which ultimately inspired her to change careers and pursue dog training full-time. Her success with Oliver ignited a deep passion for this work, which she finds incredibly rewarding.
Today, Hannah is dedicated to helping both dogs and their owners create strong, positive relationships via the creation of her own company. She takes pride in her ability to bring out the best in every dog she works with, making a lasting impact on the lives of the dogs and their families.
